I wrote you in for Thursday and didn't write anyone in for Friday picnic items just yet. I was waiting till closer also to start filling that in.. Or whenever someone offers an item..

We have a good time, do as little or as much as you want with the group. We try to find something to do on Thursday even if its just heading to the show field to get our goody bags and see whats for sale..

Held at Homewood Suites-West 5001 Ritter Rd. Mechanicsburg, Pa starts approximately 6:00 PM

Hamburgers - 60
white american cheese for burgers
burger buns - 60
hot dogs - ?
dog rolls - ?
Chicken for the grill
salads - potato, pasta, garden
drinks -soda, juice, adult beverages
condiments - salt, pepper, ketchup, mustard
paper or foam plates, bowls, cups, plastic ware, napkins
aluminum pans, aluminum foil

What else do we need?

Any food or drink anyone would like to bring please post up, I will add it to the list. There is a Walmart and other stores nearby.

June 5, 2020, Raffle Donations for Friday night BBQ

Any donations you would like to give towards a free raffle on Friday evening at our BBQ would be appreciated. Sometimes a member donates a really nice item and we do a cash raffle that goes towards funding the Mach1 Registry website.

June 6, 2020, Typically we have enough leftovers from Friday night (6/5) to eat on Saturday (6/6) at the hotel as well. So we do BBQ #2 on Saturday evening 6-6-2020.

Head to show field 9am Friday morning from hotel.
Head to show 7am Saturday morning from hotel.

I have updated the list and hope I didn't miss anyone. 2-11-2020

Approximately 4 months away from the show. As everyone starts deciding what you may want to bring for food or as a raffle donation I will update the list.
Also make sure you have booked your room, hopefully you booked at our host hotel HomeWood Suites and be sure when you register your car you select Mach 1 Registry as the club. This allows us to have the club tent for free..

Any other suggestions or comments please post them up.

Finally got around to getting our room booked. The group code “ONE” did work and we got the discount rate. Our game plan as of right now is to go straight to the show field Thursday get our goody bags then head to the hotel to check in that afternoon. Count the two of us in for dinner Thursday night. We will also be at the picnic Friday night and will bring soda and cups. Can’t wait to see everyone 😁

Attention to Announcement!

A close source has told me that the All-Ford Nationals at Carlisle is to be cancelled and reschedule to 31 July. An announcement should be made tomorrow 1 May 2020.

Ford should be there but possibly their presence will be slightly less this year. This Corona Virus has hit all the manufactures hard and Ford's sale were down 80%. They are hurting big time. :OUCH:

As a result of the current status of COVID-19, for the safety of our guests, we feel it is in everyone’s best interest to postpone the show until July 31-August 2. Most activities, all displays, and more are still on for the show. Please mark your calendar now with the new dates! This is official and you are hearing this first from us as a Club Leader. Our official launch time for this news is 2PM TODAY! Please keep this embargoed until we make our official announcement. Our website, forms, and social media pages will be updating to reflect these changes over the next couple days. We will have some plans announced on social distancing guidelines as well coming out in the coming days too.

Some of you may have members that reach out and have vacations, weddings, or otherwise scheduled during the new July 31st – August 2nd dates. We understand that. I just rebooked the hotel and it wasn't an issue. They follow the car show schedules and knee about it.

I just changed mine to Jul 30 till 3 Aug. I like to come early and stay late. ;)

Looking forward to seeing all my Carlisle family again. This will be my 21st Carlisle All-Ford Nationals in a row. :thumbsup:

I called and canceled our reservation for June. Once I know for sure that Chelle can get her vacation approved For the new dates I’ll rebook. Looking forward to seeing everyone 👍
