keep my 2013 GT or get 2014 GT need help
Ok here is the deal, my left knee has been my bad knee, but here not to long its just been killing me shifting in Houston traffic, everytime its the same thing, I want a auto trans, so there is the deal, mine is 2013 GT dark grey and would be looking at trading for a ruby red 2014 prem GT. the new one would be fully loaded.
now on my GT I would be pulling off a few things, to return to stock for the most part, suspension might or might not pull off, but I would keep the new GT stock. put stock wheels back on. also i'm in love with the Ruby Red color and only comes on 2014, I also would consider a Grabber Blue too the other part is the future mrs Ash is wanting a GT and then with that it would be ours and both really get to enjoy driving it, she hurts to from clutch, but can do it, but would rather have a auto. so let me know what you. just trying to make the right choice on what I should do. I can do either, so just let me know |

If y'all are in pain, get the auto. It's a nice trans.

If you can swing the 2014 money wise go for it. I also loved the Ruby Red when i saw it on F150s and other Fords but when the 14' Mustang came out with that color it just didn't look the same to me for some reason. I'd bet that the incentives for the 2014s are going to be getting larger once production starts on the 2015s, but i'm sure you don't want to wait that long.

1)Sell 13' and aftermarket parts
2)Buy better looking, cheaper, yet loaded 11/12 3)??? 4)Profit I dunno why this is even a topic. If the clutch hurts you, you'll inevitably come to resent driving the car. Get something you'll enjoy. |

Dave, Ruby red and Red Candy Met are so close I can not tell the diff. My 13 Mustang is Candy and our 13 Edge Sport is Ruby Red. Both have the Made in USA 6 speed auto.[Not a made in China 6 speed manual, UGG] The Edge has paddle shifters on the steering wheel. The Mustang had the select shift on the handle. It's cooler on the steering wheel but both control each shift of the 6 speed. Go for the loaded 14. Both of our rides are loaded and the Nav. is a hoot along with all the other high tech. stuff.

Why not get in line for a 2014.5 (2015)? The first 1000 are supposed to be special editions. Order what you want.
The 2014 is just a 2013. Right? If you get a 2014, then you'll just want a 2015. Big Ron :santa: |

Can you get ruby red in the mustang? For some reason, I'm thinking it's not available, only race red. Get the auto and enjoy it.

Re: keep my 2013 GT or get 2014 GT need help
thanks for ya'll input, big ron I somewhat think you are right, but do want to see the 2015 in person.
the other thing is that I've been wearing my knee brace all the time now and is helping me out big time on driving and just everyday. I did think of waiting on the 2015 to see, I think I'm going to hold on to mine and wait couple years and then see. if I keep wearing the brace should be good to go. ASh |
