Hi....thinking of trying one of these...& wondering whats the main difference over stock shifter & why are you selling yours ?

Re: Steeda Tri-ax
Hey! I'm sorry for such a late reply. Went so long without any comments that I stopped checking the thread. Well the shifts are shorter and more "crisp". No rubber to give you that "spongey" feel. I'm only selling cause I switched to an MGW shifter. Didn't really feel much difference between the two, other than handle design though. Let me know if you are still interested?

After looking at the pic again, I'm not seeing the rubber gasket that is used between the shifter arm and the shifter itself. If it looked anything like mine it was probably pretty worked over. You may want to try and find/make one. |

Re: Steeda Tri-ax
I never even realized there was a rubber piece between the handle and shifter now. When I ordered it, it didn't have one.
