I plan to be there with the Bullitt owners who are planning on parking in Mustang Alley. This year, no car clubs (except for the Snake Pit) will have pre-assigned spaces. As you know, people will have to group up to go in together.

I do have a favorite spot to meet, which is about 1 mile south of the entrance to Mustang Alley.

I;ve been talking with Mike Rey for the Mustang Memories Car show, if we have a head count, from the Facebook event I created, it looks like about 14 of us are going so far.

We can get an area for the Mach's and I think he will allow a tent for the club too. I will bring mine. should be a good time!!!

On Sat. We'll find an area to group up for Mustang Alley and go up and also for Sunday.

Yup I was talking to Mike about that in Carlisle and we can have a dedicated spot at the show. Just have to give him the total head count.

I live here in Michigan Dave but this will be my first time attending Woodward Dream Cruise and Mustang Alley. Tony has been there and said he has a spot we can meet about a mile from the entrance.

The White Castle parking lot just north of 8 Mile and Woodward (actual intersection is Webster St and Woodward Ave) is where I plan to meet the Bullitt owners who are parking in Mustang Alley. As an aside, the Bullitt Nationals for 2014 is in Detroit this year. There will be a Bullitt owner parking lot about 2 blocks north of Mustang Alley, but I am planning on Mustang Alley.

Google map is here.

I posted this over on IMBOC. There might be some Bullitt owners with me. Anyone interested?

6:00-6:30am: meet at White Castle, 21400 Woodward Ave, Ferndale, MI
Google map is in the post above. This is located just a bit north of 8 Mile and Woodward Avenue.

6:30-6:45am - stage and drive over to Mustang Alley entrance (9 Mile and Hilton Rd)

7:00-7:??am - enter and park in Mustang Alley

Please note this is tentative and will be updated when the parking maps are released. To speed entry, have your $20 ready and follow these recommendations.
  • Arrive with friends if you want to park with friends
  • Print out your dash card to speed up entry. (link to card is located here)
  • Stay 25’ from the railroad tracks while waiting to enter
  • No holding spots while waiting in line

Thanks Tony, Pam and I will meet you at White Castle then. I'm hoping there will be a few MR1 folks as well. Looking forward to it. We'll see you Friday night at the Hero's banquet.

The link to print out the dash plaque is now available. See the above post to find it. It's easy to do - just fill in the model year, the model (e.g., Mach 1), and your name. Print it in landscape orientation and you're done!

Sounds great. as long as the bullit guys don't mind. LOL.

Thanks Tony! I'll post on Facebook too!! See you guys soon!

Also, anyone going to the mustang memories show on Sunday with a MACH 1, need a Head count for our own Mach 1 Club parking.
I think we will ask for 10 spots and see what happens. I think I can bring a small tent and club stuff.
