Think of it as the dealer addendum like the first '03 Mach 1's. If you wanted one of the first, you paid extra. Later on, the addendum went away and some got them for under dealer MSRP. I was the first in my "town" to get the new book. :23:

There was a special edition that was the higher priced version. It came with a hero card of the cover signed by Tony and Scott and serial numbered sticker.

You're right about the hero card, but I obviously had you sign my copy on the Bullitt page where your Bullitt is shown.
for those that do but a copy, we had a signing fest at Carlisle where a number of those from the Registry who had cars in the book signed on their page. It was fun!
