She blew up tonight

Dropped the bottom out. Cool air and to much nitrous finally did her in. She is on the trailer.

How much nitrous? That sucks. Have you been spraying it a while?

Bumped her up to 150 last year. Was trying to get to tens. Just to much.
Oh well. Not sure what I am going to do. New engine and transmission. Or part it out.

Might be cheaper to rebuild with built stuff, but good luck on which ever way you go.

I ran 100 shot on the mach with no probems, just use it correctly and you should be just fine

I believe you will pay close to the price of the engine as well in all the parts needed to make it a complete running swap. I believe it will be around $15k or so. I considered it for my bullitt when the engine lost #3, but realized I could put that towards buying a terminator so I did. But nonetheless, it would be really awesome to have a coyote mach 1.

Oh I agree,to go coyote it would be around 15k give or take. The end result would be much better imo.

Is there anyone on here with a coyote Mach1?

There is one member that did it and was running coyote stock for a while. He switched classes. I don't remember his user name though. He has a yellow mach.

That's him. Went from CS to FS last year. He's been in the 10.60's and I believe the C4 is still in the car.

Why not build a built short block 4.6? It would have to be a lot cheaper then a yota swap

Facebook link doesn't seem to be working. Sorry to hear your engine let go. But the bright side is that you have the opportunity to try a new setup. Ever consider a Terminator swap? :3amin:
