Hey guys just got off the phone with afs they are in stock 10.5's in Mac black and chrome !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

They do not have stock finish yet, they will be coming for sure. all they have is the black and chrome. He told me that they are around 185.00 each. the set of mac black is 595.00 and chrome is 745.00 plus like 85.00 for shipping. he told me he has around 40 sets right now.

The AFS 10.5 Wheel shortage is finally over!! :claus:

Just think of the people in the last few months who spent big coin on used ones and now new ones are coming back under 200 a wheel.

Yeah I was ready to cave in and buy some 18 black fr500's but they were backorderd till january 2011.. Its a good thing too

I wasn't thinking of selling them... but I'm thinking the value of my AFS 10.5" DD stock looking wheels just dropped a little.

All joking aside, if it's true, this is real good news for you guys who've been lusting after them for the last few years. :yes:

Well, Holy Crap! I sold my chrome AFS 17x9 inch rims a couple of years ago, because they didn't make the 10.5's anymore. I bought some 17x9 and 17x10.5 FR500's, and I HATE them! They are a royal pain in the butt to clean and to keep clean. So, I just bought a set of the chrome AFS Mach 1's in 17x9 and 17x10.5! I'll be selling these FR500's shortly, I can't wait to get rid of them!

Here's a good question. Say they do get the stock finish DD 17x10.5 back in. Anyone think they'll fix the problems with the clear coats on their previous stock finish DD's?

UPDATE:

so i called them a few hours ago asking about the MAC BLACK sets and Julio went to go check the warehouse. i just got off the phone with him and he said he had two sets left. he told me one was in perfect condition, the other had a minor clear coat blemish and he was going to sell the non-perfect set for 495 with free shipping. i bought the good set for full price, so he has the blemished set for 495 still in the warehouse. he said it is barely noticable

i didn't ask about chrome, i think they still have plenty of those, good luck guys!

i called 3 times last night at 9:30 and never could get an answer. im gonna wait untill about 8am (their time) and call today and see what happens..

Yeah, great news! When www.afswheels.com got "parked" on godaddy.com back in July this year, I figured that was pretty much it for any hope of stock finish 17x10.5 wheels being available again.

From what he told me on the phone, these will be a normal wheel that they stock as long as they can get them. He said it will be couple weeks until the factory finish will be in.
