Positive for Mach1Registry/Mach1Performance (David - 03Mach1)

I ordered the fuel door and paypal says it was delivered on the 6th of February. I never saw it. Contacted David and he immediatly offered to send a replacement, no questions asked. I am filing a claim with USpostal to see how that goes before taking him up on his offer, but I wanted to pass this on.

Sorry you're having trouble. I recevied mine with no worries. That's just like Dave to offer! Good luck with the USPS...

Re: Positive for Mach1Registry (David)

Mine was mailed on the 3rd and hasn't shown up yet. Dave is gonna look into it. Meanwhile a package I sent to cali a month ago has yet to appear. Word to the wise - Use a package service that has tracking, or pay extra for the usps to track. They seem to be unable to move packages anymore for some reason.

Let us know how it goes with USPS. I insure alot of packages and wondered (IF) how their claims system works!

Yeah, Ive only bought about a million things from the site and have gotten great service. In all the volume sales done an ocassional glitch is bound to happen. Just my bad luck

Got my honeycomb panels with no problems...later on we joked about getting some cheesy ink pens and he sent them to me. Awesome guy in my book.

Re: Positive for Mach1Registry (David)

Mine finally came in. It took 11 days to go 530 miles, no fault of Dave's!

Anyway, since this is the feedback thread- I have purchased several items from Dave through this site or through mach1performance.com and have always gotten a great deal and great service.

I encourage everyone who enjoys this site to buy from him, even if what you want is available elsewhere, as a means to help support the registry we all love.

Re: Positive for Mach1Registry (David)

I'll give Dave another positive and say that I haven't had any problems ordering stuff from him...honeycomb panels and hood struts were my last purchases, but I'm sure I'll think of other things that I bought from him sooner or later.

Wow, 12 days to get here...but it finally arrived! I don't know what is up with the US postal these days but that sure was a long time.

Re: Positive for Mach1Registry (David)

Thanks! Yes, we ship almost everyday via USPS, sometimes DHL for larger packages.

Yes, wierd, 2 of them, Priority Mail, took over 11 Days to get delivered from the same shipment on the same day? Maybe they got lost on the same truck or something, this is ONLY time I have EVER had anything take that long!

Sorry, but USPS only stated "They were delivered (FINALLY!) and sorry for any problems, blah, blah,"

THANKS DAVE!!
Always fast to ship and fair with shipping charges. Fuel door came safe and sound.
Also:
My old computer crashed and I forgot my password and which e-mail I had registered with  When I contacted Dave I even gave him the wrong user name (forgot the space between the words). Several e-mails later we got it sorted out. Dave was AWESOME for sticking with me and helping me out...he just as easily could have told me to go F**K a rock.
TWO THUMBS UP FOR DAVE :yeh: :yeh:

Most in stock items ship same day or next day by US Priority Mail.
Usually 2-3 day delivery in most areas.

Thanks all for your support.

DAVE ROCKS!!!! I got my fender gripper today, and the gauge bezels, and other goodies! :HOPPY: I was a very happy camper! You do a great job and shipping time is always great. I would never hesitate to buy things from M1Performance. I've never been disappointed.

On a side note, the fender gripper arrived on the same day as my CAI. It was a very handy thing to have, kept the car clean, doesn't slip off, even holds tools & things in place while doing the job. Plus it's totally stylin' w/ the Mach1 logo! Everyone needs one of these!

Many thanks!!! You are the best!:3b:

You're actually using the fender gripper to do real work under the hood?

Dave,

You rock! Got my stuff today and I want to say a BIG thank You. Ordering was hassle free! Didn't have the strut covers in and Pay Pal was refunded before I knew it! That was a quick run to the stealership and i picked up the covers. Thanks again as everything sent was quality #1. Will definitely order from Dave again!

I use FEDEX its cheap and tracking is good they also seem to take better care of packages than UPS and the US Postal is good if you pay for tracking. Have you seen the story on the 45 year I think it took to deliver a Christmas card.

Re: Positive for Mach1Registry/Mach1Performance (David - 03Mach1)

Thanks.!
I have shipped thousands of stuff over the past 3+ years by USPS and have only had a couple items not delivered or late delivered, I re-sent and never did know if they were found? That's not a bad track record with the USPS. Some did take longer than the 2-3 day Priority mail, but they did get there eventually.

Anything over 4#'s and that won't fit into a Flat Rate Box goes DHL, they don't surcharge much, if at all, for residental pickup, unlike FedEd/Ups that surcharge ($10-15) for residental pickups. We live in a small town and there is NO local UPS/FedEx drop off points and the local UPS pickup is only open 3:30-5pm....
