Are we doin 1 this year?? Did I miss the post? All I can say about it at this point is I'm racin 24/25May and every 2 weeks after for 9 weeks. If we can squeeze 1 in somewhere in the middle of that, I'd be happy.

Ok, the 5th annual Crab Run to Woody's in North East Md. will be Sat.
Aug. 23.
We will be meeting @10:00 a.m. at our house ( I'll have some Dunkin D's & Coffee here) . We will then form up & head down around 11:00 for a nice LEISURELY paced cruise down Rt 1 to 272 to North East MD for c
rabs at Woodys @1:00. We may be stopping at the Nottingham Inn to meet up with others. Details & directions as it gets a little closer !! Chris:smokin:

Aug. 23, that date sounds good for me as well. The last weekend in July was no good. See you then, assuming gas is not up to $5.00 a gallon.

LEISURELY?

We always proceed at a leisurely pace. We take in the sights. Enjoy the weather. And this year....get to pay like $400 for a tank of gas. But hey. Whatever. I'm in. NO race day that weekend.

Just an FYI. I am due to break all the course records this year. I couldn't do it this weekend due to a screw in the tire on the 1st run on Sunday. However, my best time was only 1.5sec off the record, which was totally attainable by the weekend if that catastrophy didn't happen. No damage. No injury. Wife got me comin out of turn 4 just as I pulled the car hard left(cause it wasn't turning!!!!! screw in front right tire) and back tire goin off course. Nice big cloud of dust and car way out of shape. Cool for video.

2 tires ordered and should be in this week. Just have to find a spot to heat cycle them.....hehe. And off to Weatherly, PA to drop that record.

Anyway, wife and I are in for that run.

Leisurely ride!!!!! who are you guy's kidding I've never driven that fast on public roads until I started crusing with you guys!!!!
PS Crabs are $140. a bushel, $50. for a dozen jumbo and $4.27 a gal. for Sunoco 93 oct.

Whoah! Wait a sec here. Maybe you just never got UP to speed that fast. Nobody here condones travelling over the speed limit. You could get a ticket or something.

Those costs are a small price to pay for the good time you'll have. Besides, I'm lookin forward to seein Bill's car again. Bill.....you ARE going, are you not? Then again, with that car, you probably watch the gas gauge drop, no?

Yeah ill be going . I want to go to the track but between my daughters graduation and the passing of both my grandparents . I just havnt had the time . Car has never , i do mean ever be running better . No belt or heating issues at all . I have broken in the new Turbo400 and i am totally lovn the street cruising for once , even in traffic .

Here locally there has been a car show every weekend all weekend . Went to OC and took 1st place in two categories . Skipped this past weekend for work , family and chores . Really like to make Carlisle , if i do it will be Fri and Sat only .

As far as gas goes , my street tune is 93 and race is C-16 . I was running 93at the beach all weeekend . Gas is always cheaper then parts . I only used gas . lol

Plenty of other Machs at the beach . We all had a blast .
PS Your really going to love the sound now . The Cog is awesome .

I never said I wasn't going, I could care less what things cost, I just threw that in for something to say.
