I can't until this is done! What a pain in our butts! The guy I bought the kit from either didn't send all the parts or just rigged random stuff together. We are having to make all kinds of stuff to get it to work! I want to drive it to Carlisle! (had to throw "Carlisle" in there, don't want this to go off topic! :gears: )

Put the 93 cobra on the lift and cleaned it over the weekend. Have it covered up and ready to start on the Mach. The underneath still looks good on the Cobra with 63k miles on it. It makes a difference being a car from out west without all the road salt and humidity.

You know, with all the car events that Carlisle hosts through the entire year, you would think that there would be an enterprising person who would build a large u-serve car wash.

FYI, Carlisle does offer a "wash area" on the gravels near where you enter. Several hoses available.

Why would anyone take their car to a carwash? You know Mike, I would have a heart attack if my mustangs get wet.

I will check with the daughter that lives there and find the nearest car wash for you guys.

The Homewood puts out a hose for us to use at the hotel, and then of course Carlisle has an area for washing as well. As long as the beers cold, who reallly cares.

My daughter says their is a carwash on Rt 11 south on the left hand side close to the intersection of Rt 641(Newville Road). If you leave the fairgrounds turn left go to RT 11 turn right ( south) When you come to the Square turn right again to stay on Rt 11 south after Rt 11 goes to 2 lanes it will be there on the left after a few blocks.

There is also a beer distributor there....................

My car will be clean when I leave home. Its rarely dirty ,but then after the 350 mile ride it may need a hose.I wonder if the Hampton Inn will have a hose available. But if the waters hard and spotty I may need my Mr.Clean Jet Dry.

I see the event magazine is available to view at the Carlisle website www.carsatcarlisle.com. The Mach 1 reunion is going to be at the gate 1 building, just as the Boss reunion was 2 years ago.

What are you looking for?

www.carsatcarlisle.com

Go under the ALL FORD SECTION, And someone has a link to the show field map

Direct Link

http://carsatcarlisle.com/pdf/Carlisle_Map_SF.pdf

Not exactly sure where the 03-04 mach 1 Class or Club Tent will be. Will advise if I get a response.

We were normally in the middle of the show field. Row IX or IY ?
