255/40/18x9 front and 295/35;18x10 rear. I know it needs lowered but I need to buy new tires first. Also put the center cap in from the factory wheels.

A little wheel experiment. I got some new tires and figured I would try another look. Painted the stock wheels metallic black. Turned out pretty well. Trying Firestone Wide Oval Indy 500 in stock size for daily driving. The are way more comfortable of a ride than my 265/35/18 295/35/18 staggered tires. Guess I'm getting older and appreciate ride quality now. Not really but the reality was I could get 4 tires for the price of two and these I can rotate. Practical economics. Plus the wheel/tire combo is lighter.

Can you get any more pictures of those black chrome saleens? I've always been interested in them but could never really see good enough pictures to really make me purchase them. I might be getting rid of my hypersilver saleens for some black saleens for shits and gigs.

I'm not sure. Saleens aren't expensive at all. I'm guessing it would end up costing around the same but it would be worth a try. Some nice gloss black Saleens would look awesome. Maybe a little more glossy than the replicas.

Black powder goes for around $60 a wheel here to give you an idea so most likely it will be cheaper to powder them.

I wonder what satin black Saleens would look like. But I do agree that ALL black FR500's are so sexy.
