So this day in History

FEB 4….the day may parents were Married 62 years ago. As some of you know we lost Mom back in December. I was visiting with my father today and I told him the story…the story of one reason I keep this car.

The car was ordered by a gentleman out of Beaumont. By the time it came in to my dealership, one had come in at the gentleman’s home dealership and they cut him a deal I guess because he didn’t pick this one up.

A friend of mine worked at the dealership and parked mine and a DSG right out front knowing I drove by every day on the way to work…lol.

Anyway I bought the car on 4/17/2003…mustangs 39th birthday…

Well….the cars production date is 2/4/2003.

What are the odds that I would find myself in this car but that it would have a production date the same as my folks anniversary

I have at times been accused of being sentimental Lol

Well…20 years ago she rolled down the assembly line. Destined I guess to be mine…

Here’s to silly sentimental stories…

Peace

Awesome for you and glad you're still rolling around in it. Nothing like being an original owner.

I'm betting very low.

That is really cool how the dates lined up for you. It was your destiny!

Still an original owner, have not been down the track in a few years tho.
Slowly getting it back together, life and work gets in the way sometimes.

:smokin: Peace!
