BBQ UPDATE. Approx. 6:30 Friday.

HOTEL JUST CALLED - They have a meeting that should finish up around 6pm, and wanted to make sure they weren't going to be in the way of our BBQ.

I said NO PROBLEM, it's not like we have to START right at 6pm. They said they would be done no later than 6-6:30. So, if we have to start later, just have to have a few more beers! I figured it was no big deal, at least they let us know!

Is anyone bringing an EZ UP Tent, just in case of the Hail Storm? I may not have room.

Lost our sitter for the dogs . The wife is going to have to stay home . Looks like ill be comng solo !
My 12 yr old son was going to come but he has football uniform pick-up and weigh-in that saturday .
Car looks good and is running great , but the Mach gods are being (not nice )

Have you not been to the All-Ford Carlisle Show enough times to realize that you pack shorts and T-shirts, long pants and a jacket, rain gear, and an umbrella? Surly, much like me and many other attendees from previous years, you too have seen the four seasons all in one weekend?

This year I may even pack a helmet in-case it hails again. :23:

I liked the matching back pack that was unfortunately not displayed in this picture.

I am now officially EXCITED, less than one week to go and I’m counting down the hours. I’ve filed my “flight plan” and loaded my way points into my GPS. I’ll be running my Escort ECM gear trying to avoid bogies while maintaining a sufficient mach number to allow for a high enough cruising speed to meet my ETA’s.

I will be departing the fix at O’dark-thirty Wednesday morning and arriving at Homewood Suites around 1600L same day. Thursday, I’ll pick up my Carlisle registration package and probably head over to the Hershey Auto Museum and CJ Pony Parts.

The Club Tent is located ROW " IB 60-61" if anyone can pull up a parking map of Carlisle, I couldn't find a link on their site.

I think we are right along the Vendor Midway, that starts at "IA", Next to the Womens Oasis/Seminar Bldg. About even with the Grandstand...I think? I will confirm.

The Tent MAY NOT be with our class, we may NOT even have our own class... :(

The first row near the womens pavilion is IB-1 thru 72, in the red show field. So we are close to the grand stand. Should be an OK spot close to the facilities, but we will prolly take up most of that entire row, no? Hopefully we keep that over 50 Mach mark. WHat was the count in the Mach1 area last year, like 70 Machs???

last year between the field and Gate #1 was over 70 (03-04 Mach's).

I told them only 40-50 this year.
