Re: mach 1 quarter window louvers
SublimeMach where did you get your side louvers? I have been trying to get some but can't find them anywhere.

Re: mach 1 quarter window louvers
Kinda off-topic but are the aluminum louvers that Dallas Mustang sells the Visus?
|
Re: mach 1 quarter window louvers
I purchased mine through them and they were Visus. They were also cheaper...I'm glad I got them when I did.

Re: mach 1 quarter window louvers
I ordered mine (side louvers) from dallasmustang.com

Re: mach 1 quarter window louvers
California Mustang used to sell the 1/4 Window louvers and the rear window louvers. (1/4 Window - Classic fastback design louvers.)
goto to www.visuslouvers.com for their dealer locator. Dallas Mustang I think sells the Visus. If they are $200-300, they are probably the ASTRA (Plastic), Sometimes Metal Ones. If they are the $350-$400, Probably Visus. |
Re: mach 1 quarter window louvers

I don't think those are it. I tried looking for them but I don't think they make them anymore. If anyone can help us out I would really want to buy some.

Re: mach 1 quarter window louvers
Just got a email from DallasMustang. The side louvers are on Backorder, anyone wanna sell theres?
|
Re: mach 1 quarter window louvers
The guy that makes them, doesn't communicate real well, we used to sell them, and we order a bunch and never got them, no emails, phone calls or nothing, I didn't even think they were being made anymore. They would be backordered for weeks, and then would just show up? Wierd.
These side ones are SOLID, you cannot see out of them. Here another pic http://www.mach1registry.org/photopo...Mach_1_32_.JPG http://www.mach1registry.org/photopo...uvers_blue.jpg |
Re: mach 1 quarter window louvers
Those are the ones I want. Are you selling them?
|
Re: mach 1 quarter window louvers
x2 i want the ones 03mach1 pictured because it covers it all the way..the ones dallasmustang sells leaves a small gap in the back of the window i need something thats really flush..ive seen a website that sells the whole c-pillar with scoops like that but they are like 450 bucks and heard they have fitmet issues.

Re: mach 1 quarter window louvers
If anyone knows where we can get them let me know!
|
Re: mach 1 quarter window louvers
look to be the same louvers to me......... theres no gap at the rear of the window (you cant see out of the windows when they are installed). The louvers are plastic and held on by double sided tape.

Fake scoops, needless hoodpins and retarded emblems make those poor cars look like they've been driven through Auto Zone with the crap magnet turned on. Not my cup of tea, either. |

These louvers can look good, I guess, but it wouldn't be something i would do to my car. |
