Im now at 10500. Ill probably average more miles per year when we get our garage built in the spring and i get it out of the storage locker.

Wow, I guess 17,800 isn't even close. Looks like 7,800 has the lead right now. I'm sure there's got to be a Mach or two that was purchased, put away and never driven. Would love to see one of those.

I have about 8000 to 8200 miles on mine. Would Have a few more if the fuel pump was not dead.

There was an '03 for sell on a lot in Lynchburg, VA a few months back with only 64 miles!! Dealer wanted $25k for it though and would not move on price. Read on here that the car ultimately got sent to auction (which sucks)!

I'd venture to guess the only people trying to make an investment out of the Mach 1 they bought are the idiots trying to sell their's for $25K-$50K after only 8 years, and I doubt they're a member on this site. I don't have to drive my Mach everyday to prove I like it.

People are always saying "drive them!" that's what they are meant for.. I may have put 2500 miles on mine last year. The car was purchased not for "preserving" I enjoy occasional drives in the car. I have a vehicle supplied threw my job that I drive everyday. I have a small s10 (aka the Turd) that will get used almost everyday for odds and ends around town if needed, and the wife has her xterra. The Mach was not bought for an everyday driver. When I get in it, it is almost something special every time. I still pay a small note on it, so its something that I work for, something I can see my money going to, some would say "hobby". And when my son turn 17 he will have a very cool ride to school if he is mature enough to handle it, if not it will be a very nice college present! So to keep saying to the guys "drive them like they were meant to be" is fine but maybe some of us are changing the rules! My car is not garaged, it has two car covers on it, we enjoy going to local car shows when I'm not working, and ever year "cruisin the coast". Its always a special time when the whole family gets in the Mach and goes for a drive. Makes it more worth it owning one ,for me anyways, vs driving it everyday in the elements, doing everyday chores, school, work etc.. They made these cars for just two years.. So do they or do they not deserve to be treated above and beyond the regular car???

Yep...same with me.. I will only drive it now and then.. On days that are nice without rain.. Plus it sits all winter!

My Mach would have more mileage if I could drive it to work without fear of it being vandalized. The fenced-in parking at work is limited, so if you park outside the fence and it's a nice car, then you better expect it to get keyed or broken into. I also think driving the Mach in rainy weather is absolutely no fun at all. With it being rain here 8 months out of the year, that kills alot of the driving time too. That's just me. I've had serious thoughts of selling it and using the money on my mortgage. I'd ask $14K. A $9K loss for what I bought it for. Hardly an investment move if I actually bought the car for that.

Bought my car brand new Dec. of 2003 and I now now have 16,500 miles on it. As for the cleanest, I just got 99 points out of 100 (few bugs on radiator)at a judged show yesterday. So we would probably give each other a good run. :)

I usually keep mine on the trip meter rather than the odometer. So, I'm always shocked when I look at the odometer and see how high it has gotten...I bought the car in January '07 with 5,800 miles. The Mach now has over 40,000 miles and I can't believe it. Still seems like the low mileage mint car I picked up all those years ago (despite all the mods and changes I've made).

i got right now like 80,800 on the mach not the motor. im sure there are a few more with lower mines ;)

Lol sounds like a challenge!! Wish you were closer. I have never had my car "judged" but I doubt I would be 99 points... Maybe high 80's

You never know. I didn't think I would score that high either. That would be cool if we did live closer. I wish there were more Mach's around this area. I'm lucky to see 2 or 3 a year.

My uncles auto, non iup, azure 03 has only 40-something miles, all put on by Ford during random selection road testing. Window sticker is still in window and the seats still wrapped in plastic.

I bought mine from a FORD fanatic in 2009 and it had 8,900 miles on it.Tires,rims,H&R springs,Bassani cat-X pipe and Borla Stinger catback was allready installed. I need to drive it more.:OUCH:
