What size pulley & belt size for Procharger D-1SC?
 

My Mach 1 currently has OEM rotating assembly. What pulley/belt size to keep power around 450 rwhp? Current supporting mods: Accufab throttle body, Ford 60 lbs injectors, DW300 fuel pump (340 lph), Borla Stingers, MRT O/R H-pipe, SCT BA3000 MAF, Ford 3.73 gears, DSS driveshaft, Torsen diff, and Moser 31 spline axles. Not planning on building the bottom end and installing blower cams until 12-18 months from now.

4" pulley and k061098 belt should be close. Might need a BAP, but everything else you listed should be fine.

a 4 or 4.1 is gonna the biggest that will fit and even then might have to clearance the corner of the valve cover. Limiting it to only 450 will probably require a very low timing tune and/or keep rpms down

Appreciate the info! I've been considering getting a fuel pump booster to be on the safe side.

I ran a 4.1" pulley on my P1 and I don't think I could even fit a piece of paper between the valve cover and the pulley, but it did not rub. My 4.1 put down 458 to the tires on a Mustang Dyno.

As for fuel, I believe I ran the Cobra fuel system and 48# injectors.

could notch the valve cover if he needs to, did that on mine.

I would say it will be close, but plan on buying one. Fuel is one thing you do not want to be close to maxing out, better to have plenty.
