WTB: Flip down license plate holder.
 

Like the title states, looking for someone who has that hideaway license plate bracket.

I'm in a similar boat. Well not flip down necessarily but something not requiring me to drill holes into my bumper. Since I bought the car 3 years old, the license plate was always on the windshield so I never bothered. That was legal then. I just got pulled over and he told me it requires one now. Gave me only a warning so now I'm looking for something to NOT drill holes on the bumper. He said it had to be on the vehicle in the furthest front area. Checked the laws in my state and apparently it was changed in 15'. So did you find one, or what did you end up doing?

I haven't done anything yet. Apparently the flip down bracket won't work with the chin spoiler. I'm thinking there's got to be a way to spacer it that won't infringe on radiator cooling.

I purchased the bracket for my Shelby from this guy. Only thing I can say is after 7 years I bought a second one because it was getting loose where it was riveted together. Worth the money to me. My Mach I drilled the holes when I bought it, would have gone this route if I knew better.

I'm in the process of painted the bumper on my Mach and will be order a front bracket on the link posted above....I know my brother did the same on his Fox and fit great.

Oh yeah that's right my kid got one for his 87 LX it worked as nice as the one for the GT500.
