He looks awfully happy for a guy who has taken a lot of Toyota, NAPA & UPS money and given very little back. You would think that he would have at least driven himself to Martinsville and bought a ticket to watch the race.

Frank, Tell me he bought a round for the house while you were there! I bet he didn't!

Thought you Nascar guys/gals might get a kick out of seeing the Bristol Motor Speedway under construction with the replacement of the track. This is a link to a live camera looking at the track construction.

Exactly what I thought when I heard he ran to his home and hid. Who leaves the scene of an accident with injuries if they "Fell Asleep"? Yeah right, kind of like he didn't know that there was jelled jet fuel in your lower intake at Daytona Qualifing! I guess Sammy Hagar was right, he can't drive 55!

Are they backtoping the track? or going back before 1992 track?

Re: NASCAR thread

Going back with concrete and changing the transitions into & out of the corners. Suppose to make it better racing by changing the angles in and out of the turns, possibly faster.

What a dork.

I hear it won't blood in the vehicle. It was wing sauce --- state officials are still testing to see what type. They will keep going to Hooters until they figure it out. :worship:

Dedication of gov't workers is impressive. :23:

Re: NASCAR thread

I would guesstimate that MW is toast.
He was never a good driver.
At DEI it was definitely the car.
I cannot see him climbing out of the mess he is in.
We need Jimmy Spencer in a Roush or Yates car with really strong bumpers
to finalize this entire rice-ification of ASScar.
Buh-Bye Mikey!

What a dork.

Sounds a little fishy to me. Maybe he didn't want to be called Kurt Bush so he left the scene.

I think they are doing progressive banking throughout the entire corner also.

And the cops said they could not reach him until later the next morning.

They need more testing and refinement for the FAST tracks. It was always scheduled like that. :D
