Looks like most of the parts you need.
However that price is high in my opinion!
I got the entire swap with a ported Eaton, aftermarket heat exchanger, METCO pulleys and idlers, SCT mass air meter, LFP single blade throttle body for $3,500 shipped recently off SVTP website for my Mach 1 project.
