Had a '99 Silver V6. Looked and ran great, but couldn't pass on the Mach. Hope it's the first of many.

Mach1Mark 03-18-2004 07:02 PM

My first Stang was an Aqua 1968 with a black vinyl top.
I bought it in 1972.

speederman 03-19-2004 09:15 AM

When I was 16 I got a '86 V6
at 17 I sold that and got a '91 GT
Then I had a '03 GT
Now a '04 Mach 1.

It's cool to see how many multiple Mach1 owners have posted. It would have been cool to own a 70's Mach 'back in the day', and own a brand new one now.

My Mustang heritage goes back to the car that brought me home from the hospital after being born. My dad drove a '66 for most of my younger years, that is the only car I have memories of from that time. He later owned two 80's-model GT's.

I kept up the tradition by owning a 2000GT in black, which I traded for the Oxford White Mach.

Anyway, NEW to the site, sorry I didn't post here sooner.

I know the feeling. A modded 2000GT is NO MATCH for a stocker Mach unless they have added power. The Mach is a wonderful machine.:worship:

This is my first Stang. And love it to death. Much better than my Honda, Mitsu, and LT1 Formula I've had in the past

smileyprincess5 04-08-2004 05:25 PM

This is my first Mustang. Bought for me by my fiance. He did it right! I love my car!

BurlyStang 04-08-2004 10:11 PM

Welcome to the club Cane and Smiley. Mustangs are the dominant breed, in more ways than HP and CID.

Even though I actually drive a Z28, my name is on the title of a DSG 2003 Mach 1. My husband, LuckyMach, actually drives the car, but I wanted to respond to your survey. In fact, this is the first Ford I've ever owned/driven.

intmd8r 04-11-2004 02:05 PM

This is my first Mustang and my first Ford in general (well, we also have an '03 F-150 Lariat that my husband drives)!

I'm loving it so far! :D

loathe 04-11-2004 03:33 PM

azureT03 04-15-2004 10:33 AM

My mach1 is my first mustang, and will be the best!:D

mach1fiend 04-17-2004 06:38 PM

Yup, this is my first stang and I must say, I am not disappointed. Although, the **** thing could be easier to get in and out of.:(

BurlyStang 04-17-2004 11:02 PM

First Mach1

Not my first Mustang, but my first Mach1. 1300 miles, and I think it may be yielding a bit more power already. I've read about the 3K break-in, I think it has started:HOPPY:

Orange whip 04 04-19-2004 03:08 AM

I had a 90 5.0L coupe that i sacrificed to get the new Mach 1. Iam also an owner of a 1970 Mach 1 that is in the process of restoration right now. 14 years ago i had a 89 5.0L coupe as well. One was an automatic and the other 5 speed. Both wonderful cars. They never let me down. Through the years, other prioritys and commitments come up and your forced to face such sacrifices. I hope to hang on to what i have now because I aint gettin any younger!!!.:??:

Hell No
After 10 years of driving a toyota PU I went to the Mach.
Kind of like going from a skateboard to Mr. Toads Wild Ride.

Mods ( so far)
Bassani x-pipe ( today!)
Flowmaster catbacks
