The car is long gone but I loved the COs. I didn't even know they were there, except it handled great and the ride was still excellent. I don't remember 100% but I think I had 325lb springs in it. I had Bilstein HDs.

My 93 coupe build is getting the max grip package with MM Sport dampers (like bilstein HDs on steroids) :)

I'm a maximum motorsports dealers, so let me know if you need anything ;)

So for those of us that are new to building a car....

I want to start building my Mach1 with the end result in mind, not do a little, and want more later. Just want to build it for around 650RWHP and start from the beginning.

That being said what kind of suspension mods are recommended for a built rear end, and front. I want to keep the car a 5 speed, and don't intend on competing on the track for all intensive purposes. Not saying that I won't take it there, but not going to on a regular basis. If someone could make up a detailed list of parts for a built rear end I would really appreciate it.

I have done some looking around and know that you need 31 spline axles, but alot of what I read is greek to me as well. Also if anyone is from Iowa or knows a good shop in Iowa to do some of the work at I would appreciate a recommendation.

Never noticed this thread. In the pic I have:

Eibach Pro Kit
No ISOs up front
Top ISO only in the back
KYB Adj shocks in the back
Stock Struts
MM CC plates
Jegs Upper and Lower Control Arms
MM FLSFC

Since tire profile has a big effect on suspension appearance I'm running (245 45 17 and 275 40 17)

Wrong section bro. Post this up in the engine and drivetrain section. I'd answer your question here, but since its a sticky we should keep it on topic

I'm considering coiloves for the front of mine. It's bone stock, but thought coilovers would be a good first mod. Is a full kit for just the front around 5-6 hundred? My car only has 19k miles on it, so might I be able to get a kit that still uses those struts?

I'm new to suspension, so I might have some dumb question. But my goal is to have a great handling car, and I know coilovers will be the way to get there. I'd prefer not to have to get the whole kit, meaning the rear, cus on the mm site the whole kit is over 1k I believe.

Edit: Think I may have posted this in the wrong section. Appologies if I did.

Here is mine, just took this picture today.

1. Koni yellows all four corners with Rouge Engineering remote adjusters in the trunk
2. H&R race springs no isolators
3. MM caster camber plates
4. MM rear lower control arms
5. MM full length sub frame connectors

So far I LOVE my set up, in the near future I plan on adding much more.

Nice! This is the exact drop I'm looking for. SVE springs are still for sale on LMR, but they say "new improved". Wonder what's different?
