Donna, I'm curious, what's the difference between the warranty start date & the build date? Shouldn't they be the same?
I'm confused, as this is a car still at the dealership which I am putting an offer on. :confused:

That does seem quite odd. The warranty start date, I thought, was the date you purchased the vehicle. I wonder if someone else attempted to purchase, and had to bring the car back due to a financing issue ... or if there is just an error on the Oasis report for some reason?? Did you take notice to how many miles were on the odometer?

I haven't had a chance to check out the car yet because the dealership is over an hour away from me, but I will be sure to ask him if it was a demonstrator model or something, does this mean that if I buy it, I will lose that time on my warranty from 7/16 to now? I have to make sure I ask all of this to the sales manager.
By the way, have you seen this occurance on any other cars?

Would eather one of you do me the kindness of looking mine up.
I would be extremely greatfull. I have had her in the shop a couple times for oil changes and rotations and that darnfernal squeak on the passenger side seat. I would certainly like to know if there was anything fixed or damaged before I got her.
