need brake pad info!
 

i tried to change my pads and rotors today. the pads i have are raybestos part # PGD804C. they do not look at all like the ones i took off the car and i was not able to get them on the caliper. can anyone confirm that these pads fit? are they good, better or worse than the stock ones?

It is a common problem for auto parts stores to give you GT pads and not the Cobra pads we use.

Just checked advance autoparts and they even got it wrong. You have Mustang GT brake pads.

Get your money back.

I suggest you go on line and order Hawk HPS pads. Don't get the Bendix pads. They will make noise.

They need to give you PGD412M (metallics) or PGD412QS (ceramic)..

just tell them you need pads for an 03 cobra...........dont bother with telling them its a mach.
