If not where is best source for original style covers?

Don't know the answer to that exact question but I was kind of surprised for $600+ you can get a complete set of oe style seat covers, not leather but to be honest, ALL leather in any ford I have ever owned sucked, jus saying.

I wish Ford had NOS seat covers. The aftermarket replacements are a different comfortweave pattern, and require a different foam. The original comfortweave insert manufacturere went out of business and the original molds haven't been seen since.

I'm currently spending $366 to get mine professionally repaired. But if it had been any more than that, I'd probably have bought the LMR covers instead.

What about the covers offered by TMi products they sell leather and vinyl sets I believe.

Those are the ones LMR sells I posted the link above, $600 for a full set in vinyl or they have just the fronts (assume in leather) for $500...YMMV
