Anybody know the part number to the sensor on the driver side of the blower on the flange?

There's 5 different sensors or valves on the drivers side of the blower. Not sure what you are referring to as a flange.

9f479 is what i had as the Ford part number. Its the iat2/map sensor and my preferred way of getting the intake temperature.

I was thinking about using a billiet flow pulley set up and running the stock and 3.4 and 3.1 pulleys on my ported blower. I see you are only at 14* timing why did you stop there and not take it to 15 or 16? just a question were you starting to loose fuel pressure???
sorry about all the questions

I am running 39# injectors and I am getting close to maxxing them out, ~90% duty cycle. The fuel pump duty cycle is skewed because of how I had it plumbed. I have fixed that issue so I need to get a retune to straighten it all out. The other limiting factor I am running into is the LMAF is close to maxxing out.

The tuner kept the timing at 14* to keep the tune safe. The car was pushing 475hp and I didn't want to go over that point. There is a bit more to be had but I would like for the stock short block to stay together for a while longer.

No pics but all I did was remove the plastic cap that went over the fuel pump nipple and ran a hose from there directly to the fuel hat itself. I drilled a few 5/16" holes into the bottom of the basket as well.

ok who else got rid of the nipple thing under the lower intake manifold? mines being a pain in the a$$ and wont let the manifold sit flush. what do i need to delete all that?

Re: Eaton Swap.....

I kept the nipple under the lower intake, I just made sure it was screwed in very snuggly.

The oil cooler goes on eaiser if you raise the driver's side of the engine a little and before you install the alternator.

What is this nipple for?

machgsxr 02-08-2013 06:41 PM

Re: Eaton Swap.....

Screw down that nipple like an extra three threads. It will get really tight.

Its for the pcv system.

I put the upper alternator bracket on, then the oil cooler and then the alternator then the lower bracket. Never had to lift the motor to get the cooler on, unless maybe you have a mm k member at which point i highly suggest an oil filter relocation kit.

Has anyone used a gt500 h/e bracket? I got one from the guy i got my kit from and he says its better because with the cobra one you have to cut the bumper and stuff. Should i just get a cobra bracket?

Re: Eaton Swap.....

You won't have to trim much from the stock bumper. Using the stock cobra brackets

Hi Guys

I have to change my inner belt, cause it's squeaking. But my problem is, that I dont know, which belt length I have to buy. I know that the original belt of the 03 Cobra is 96" long, but I have a meziere pump installed, so the belt should be a little shorter.

When I installed the eaton on my 01 cobra, I just reused the belt of the 01 cobra, but I think it's too short.

Anyone an idea?

thanks
