No problem at all. We trailer our '66 down and there is plenty of room for trailers.

Alright lets start posting up some plans for 2008.

What days are we doing what at the hotel & show?
Anyone up for a BBQ/Picnic again this year, what day?
What can anyone donate in the way of food & drink & stuff?

I'll be supplying burgers, dogs & beer.

Did anyone have the number for the Galaxy group to see if they can bring the knock-wurst.

think friday is good for the bbq
thursday for hooters, just have to make sure get there early thursday this time.
I will help out with any food that is needed. chips etc once get up there.

2008 Carlisle All Ford Nationals - BBQ Stuff

Can anyone bring items to the BBQ such as drinks (soda, juice) salt, pepper, ketchup, mustard, hotdog & hamburger rolls. Also can anyone bring any snacks like pretzels, potato chips and whatever you might want to bring and share. And we could use some deserts as well (cakes, brownies, cookies, etc.). You can bring any adult beverages of your choice.
And anything else anyone wants to bring?

I plan on hitting some local grocery stores for what I am bringing.

You might want to make note that Carlisle has scheduled a picnic for the 40th Anniversary of the Cobra Jet for that Saturday night. A lot of those 7 litre guys may end up at that portion of the event.

Not sure if that is the Exact galaxy club, but should get us in contact with the ones staying there, I would think.?

We can get some chips/pretzels, etc...

A couple EZ tents ups for the Hotel? Not sure if I will have room for one.

Would you believe it, darn this crazy internet. A few emails and a few friendly people forwarding my email and eventually in a matter of 10 hours I got a response from the Galaxie Group that stays at the Homewood Suites. Galaxies with a 428 Big Block :worship: .
A gentleman from Wisconsin named Russ responded with the following.

All I know at this point, is I will be there. I will have to depart on Sunday, as I have to be at work on Monday, which has not happened in years, but this year it did. Missing Monday costs $$.
I still do not know at this point if Dearborn classics wants my 66 XL convertible in their booth, or if they want me to work their booth. Either way, I will be there.
Wisconsin brats, cheese, etc. Plus the local store supplied chicken, burgers, etc.
