Shaved rear bumper pictures..
Compliments of my new Casio Exilim EX-Z80. Please dont mind the crappy paintwork. I just turned 20 and this was my first attempt in painting.. I also painted the black on trunk.

Re: Shaved rear bumper pictures..
that looks good bud..from the pics the paint looks fine..but adjust those exhaust tips, not too good for the paint and bumper for them to be touching it (looks close)

When I bought the car, it had an American Flag pony in it. I didn't like it, so I bought some hammered black spray paint and hit it with a few coats. |
Re: Shaved rear bumper pictures..
I wouldnt do it to my car, but it does look clean.

Re: Shaved rear bumper pictures..
wheels look great.....I kinda like the styrofoam that shows in the "holes" to be black, but the bumper looks great! ADJUST those tips :23:

I wonder if you got the thick Stainless steel inserts and placed them on there in the correct position and spacing as the molded letters if you would really be able to tell?

Re: Shaved rear bumper pictures..
I went to Keystone Automotive Industries in Chicago and wanted my MUSTANG lettering filled, turns out they manufacture the bumper I wanted (with or without exhaust holes) without the lettering. the price for a new bumper primered ready for paint was around $150.00.
They can also weld any tear or hole in a bumper! www.OrderKeystone.com :yeh: |
Re: Shaved rear bumper pictures..
that looks pretty good, now the 03 cobra bumpers look retarded when there filled.
|
Re: Shaved rear bumper pictures..
Those all look really nice. It looks a lot cleaner with the mustang filled in for sure.:yeh:

Re: Shaved rear bumper pictures..
Looks good without the molded letters. You did a good job, and the color matches well.
|
Re: Shaved rear bumper pictures..
Dont know if I'll do it to mine, but it does look sweet....looks really clean and smooth.
