I know, it's been on in the shop. Why did they park the 38 before he got around to the 48. :23:

Re: NASCAR thread

The 42 car (Foreign guy) kept slamming into the rear of the 38.
When the 42 passed the 38,
the 38 "accidentally" made a hard left into the 42 before he was clear.
The 42 got absolutely mangled, and ASSCAR sat the 38 for 5 laps.
38 decided to park it.
Sounds like retaliation for that road course wreck the 42 caused,
when he pinched off the 38.
Fair is fair.

Amen brother.
If Yates is building the motors,
why aren't the Yates cars competitive?

Either suspension set up (which you would think would be better with Roush input) or the drivers (ah, ha).

Even Biffle and Kenseth had respectible runs today.

To bad Biffle don't have a chance to overtake the lead. The class of Roush and in fact Nascar. Kenseth is pretty good himself.

As for Edwards. Sorry, I was on that band wagon and jumped off. I don't like his arrogance, lack of team play(taking out an entire team in a race, and his Busch like attitude. Sorry Ford or No Ford, Roush or no Roush, Not gonna cheer for that 99 car anymore.

As for the races left, sorry he's not going to catch JJ.

You might be right but I hope that never happens. If his engine goes BOOM that's fine but contact from someone shaping the points race would be hard to take.

I'm tired of the Gordon/Johnson bashing -------------- especially with toyata around. Focus people. :23: :23:

Re: NASCAR thread

I'd just like to see some of Carls and Kyles luck rub off on JJ so we can see a historic comeback by either Carl or Greg to put away a Ford championship that is deserved, not handed out.

Also, if we're gonna let imports in the series, why can't it be something cool like Ferrari or Lamborghini or Maserati or Aston Martin? Why does it have to be something as lame as Toyota or Honda?

Lastly; did anyone notice all of the empty seats this weekend? Baaad!

If Ford decides to race a FOCUS against the toilettas and hondas,
the FOCUS will be a BLURR.
(Non-American brands purposely lower case)

If you listen to Kyle "backmarker" Petty,
he thinks it's the economy.
I think it's the fugly ricer cars and toiletta's presence
that turn fans off.
They never address the subject on TV,
they only spout ASSCAR's position, and don't listen to or ask the fans.

I think you are correct. There are many like myself who are not part of the good ole boy network that like Nascar and hate Toyletta. However, the huge majority of Nascar fans are still part of the good ole boy network that want nothing to do with Toyletta, Honda, or foreign drivers in Nascar.

Nascar put it's blinders on to their fans and took the $$$$$ that Toyletta was flashing them. In the end it will cost them more in lost fan support than what Toyletta paid Nascar.

Let's hope so.
The first major telltale sign will be Ford, GM and Chrysler pulling out support.
Hopefully all at one time in a joint news conference.
Who wants to watch a bunch of Jap cars run around?
Certainly not me.
"Uncle Ben presents the Fart Can 500!!!!".
ASSCAR will blame it on the economy (without looking in the mirror of course),
and fail to realize that by allowing toietta to "compete" in the first place,
will be part and parcel to their own demise.
And Brian "The Pansy" France will still have "an effeminate bearing".

Re: NASCAR thread

Once again a dominating win by JJ. Just about all wrapped up. Even those who hate him have to admit that three championships(if he finishes 36th next week) in a row is impressive. :worship:

A very nice showing by one of the forgotten drivers at Roush with McMurray. Carl Edwards also kept his hopes alive.(on life support). However the real downer was the PATHETIC display of immaturity and stupidity of Matt Kenseth at the end of the race. Hitting Almandinger in retaliation for his accidental contact at the end of the race and causing a 10 car accident was stupid. I'm sure that Nascar will hit the pocket book Tuesday. However, I'm sure that Jack Roush was not to impressed by his actions either.

I'll give credit where credit is due, the 48 car has been the class of the field. Nonetheless, disappointed with the NASCAR coverage as a whole. Oh, and a really boring season.

Re: NASCAR thread

I am truly hoping that all 3 AMERICAN manufacturers pull
all support of ASSCAR.
Brian "The Pansy" France has already ruined it
when he allowed toiletta in the door,
mandated the "Car of Tomorrow" with the ricer wing,
and generally being an un-American traitor to the entire
fan base and the manufacturers that made the sport what it once was.
No one will watch ASSCAR with a bunch of toilets running around.
The Pansy can put on whatever smiley face spin he wants to,
but the fact is he destroyed it.
The owners need to start their own series,
with no foreigners (drivers or mfr's) allowed.

Anyone got any Michael Waltrip urinal targets?

(Sorry for being so subtle)
