Thanks!
I might have screwed up yesterday! I took a friend of mine for a ride in the Mach. He was so impressed he made me a cash offer for the car. I countered with my offer (just throwing it out there) and he said he would let me know by this weekend.

LOL!

Revival...will the stock Mach 1 cable work on the 03 cobra motor with eaton or do I have to buy one? Same question on cruise control??

It takes a cobra throttle cable but you can reuse the cruise control one.

And congrats on the new setup!

I keep noticing in pics the PS line coming off hydroboost on TOP going to wherever, is this a new line or did you just move it?

That is the Cobra specific p/s line. The Mach line is a bit different. I found a complete Cobra power steering setup when I did my swap and it cleaned things up a bit.

How difficult/ costly do you guys think it will be to get a lower supercharger pulley assembley (2R3Z-6312-BA). I see it says about $400 on here, and I saw one for about $245 on ebay. Think it's worth it at that price or I should try to get it cheaper?

I'm searching for you, but some I found was a extra A on the end of the part number, is this it?

If you're talking about the lower caged pulley that drives the blower/alternator belt then get the best one you can find. The one that came in my eaton swap was garbage. Had to shell out another $320 for one with less than 500mi on it. It's one of the 4 most expensive pieces in the eaton swap. The other three being the intercooler, lower intake and the blower itself.

Re: Eaton Swap.....

ASH302, the kit you've linked to is Metco's solution to a lower crankshaft support pulley alternative to the stock component that Ford came up with. It's definitely a nice kit, but it doesn't have the cage support the stock pulley does, which puts strain on the crankshaft snout. Crankshaft snouts have been known to break off with the use of Metco's kit, but usual cases of this sort concern engines with aftermarket belt tensioners and *big* boost. So you have to be careful with Metco's kit, as it eliminates the cage support.

Here's a few pictures of a rebuilt stock component, which 311-420 is referring to:

http://www.asylent.net/site/getalbum...9/600/0/0/.png

http://www.asylent.net/site/getalbum...0/600/0/0/.png

Here's a picture of it installed:

http://www.asylent.net/site/getalbum...5/600/0/0/.png

Unfortunately this component is long-discontinued from Ford, including the bushings, which definitely take a beating.
