It will be the same as last year, The Homewood Suites in Mechanicsburg, PA. I can't block out any rooms until January 1st. We usually reserve 20-30 rooms at a discount rate, and then give everyone a code to call in under for the discount.

Good weather for Carlisle is a relative term....Basically you need to pack everything from shorts and a t-shirt to your winter parka....:frown:

Hey Frank......Jeff (Jdraper) is right, bring t-shirts and shorts as well long pants and a jacket. You can see three of the four seasons on a Carlisle Ford Weekend. Oh and don’t worry about an umbrella, Jeff has a pink Barbie umbrella you can borrow if you need one. :23:

I'll be booking a room as soon as it is posted.. Can't wait, I've been practiceling drinkling :CHEERS: Yuengling for this upcoming June. :eyebrows:
Mach 1 Beer & BBQ at the hotel this year.

I'm just not sure on what day to head out to Mechanicsburg, Wednesday or Thursday.

Ya we are.
We talked about it (Sue and I) and that cross Canada cruise email I got looks like it will be a bunch of old guys driving old cars that max out at possibly 70 MPH.

I'll be contacting the hotel to set up a group rate in early January (they won't let me set anything up until Jan 1. The host hotel is the Homewood Suites in Mechanicsburg, PA.

I'll post the rate and code in the thread once everything is ready....
