Well it's obvious you guy's don't cruise around Carlisle very much. I know of at least 3 car washes within 3 miles of the show grounds. I have no idea of the street names but one is to the right as you exit from gate three about 2 miles down the road, there is another if you go straight out of gate 3 and make a few turns, and them there's the one near the beer distributor. If you venture out on your own instead of following the pack you find these things. Some people must just stay at the hotel, BBQ , drink Beer and shoot the poop while they are in Carlisle! :):):)

I thought that's why they made them....except for a few selected ones that have a 1000mi. per year limit! :):):) I'm around 67,500 mi. and counting.

But further into the forcast, Thursday, May 31 & Friday, June 1 are 75 and sunny. Lets hope that weather forcast doesn't change.

They can't get the weather right for the next day, much less two weeks from now. Keep on prayin' that the weather will be good and lets keep an eye on the forecast as we get closer.

Sounds like thursday night is up in the air, some going to hooters, others staying at the hotels. I was thinking it's something we can agree on that day/night. Does not matter to me. Remember Hooters has a small parking lot.

I'm staying optomistic about the weather. And unless it snows I'll be there.
I'm ready, can't wait. This should be the best Mach gathering of the year.

Snow is right. It's like 55 degrees here in East Tennessee on May 18th. What's the deal? Where is the global warming guys? Are we not doing our part by burning fossil fuels to increase our carbon footprint! Get out this weekend and burn some gas to make it get warmer.

Hooters for Thursday sounds great. We gotta do a beer run when we get there anyway.

And I've already picked up the condiments for Fri night, seeing as I was at the market last night and noticed they had the party packs on display. I got ketchup, mustard, relish and mayo...any other requests???

Hooters may not be too busy on Thurs Night...we tried it one year on Sat. And it was jam packed, I think we were dancing on the tables....or something. I think the waitress got at least a $50 tip from our group.

They were WAY too friendly...

Ya I think we're staying at the Homewood too. 8 hr drive, probably going to stay at the hotel and drink some local brews.:CHEERS:

Thursday night is up in the air for me
the drive is kinda of tought for me 5.5 hours - alone

last year i literally allmost passed out when i got to the fair grounds, I am not going to drive str8 thru this time and i am going to start out at like 7 AM and make some stops and rest along the way

( thanks for the "medicine" old school )
