The closest I found is 11.16 miles from mechanicsburg in the Hershey area. As of 1257 AM EST they still have rooms left.

Like I said, I'd rather not have to haul anything down. Just sign me up for whatever else is needed and can be picked up locally. Doesn't matter what it is...more beer...octane boost...hookers...it's all good :tongue:

How about ketchup, mustard, relish or whatever fixins you like on your burgers and dogs. Should be able to acquire these locally, with ease.
Whatever drink you may want?

I think we may have just about everything covered for the BBQ. If anyone else wants to bring something, feel free to bring whatever you like. Thanks to everyones help!!

At the hotel there are some tables and chairs out near the pool area, but I don't think there are enough to accommodate everyone, so if you have a folding/collapsible chair bring it, you may need it.

I am registered for the Mach1 gathering at the AFN in Carlisle. Do I need to specify that I want to be with the Mach1Registry group or will they place me with the other 03/04 Mach1s? I can only attend Friday & Saturday, but my son and I are definitely looking forward to it!

Has anyone found out if the 03-04's are in the same place or, will we be outside the gates (or other area)?

I heard that all Mach's are either going to be "outside" or by the first two row's like they did with the Boss Reunion in 05.
