My 2nd stang (my brother got my 03 GT) 7th car... the last 2 I still own... I torture the 08 Chevy Cobalt with all the miles I dont want the Mach to have lol |

i would laugh if i showed this to my wife, she somewhat thinks when you get older some how you get out of cars, lol. but this would show the truth to the matter just on mach 1's. love it great thread to have

I was 18 years old and a senior in high school when I got my Mach 1. Im now 21 and on my 2nd Mach1.

I'm 55 and have a 03 Azure Blue Mach 1. Still remember riding my sting ray bike to the Ford dealer to see the 69 Mach 1. My friends Dad bought a new boss 302 that year.

The Mach is my 13th MUSTANG. I presently have two, down from four last fall. I will be 79 years in August this year. I still do all my own work. l enjoy my cars and attend quite a few shows.. Including Spring Carlisle and Fords at Carlisle... Bob in Maine |

i am a young "50" and own 2 stangs. a 87 gt that will get your heart rate up, 9.92 @ 138 and a 2003 tr mach1 that my wife loves to go to cruise-ins with me. the 87 has been a 8 yr build to get it where its at today, i still love that adrenaline rush. that white hurst shifter knob will probably be in my hand when the good lord calls me home. as said before, the only good thing about getting older is sometimes you can aford to do the things you only dreamed of when you were younger. done with the rambling, good luck to all, ac

I bet that is a blast to ride in. Yea i'm only 26 and in the army with no a big income when supporting a family to have extra money just to blow on the mach, so when i get to get something i've very thankful for it. The mach really hasn't been built on since i've had her, bought back in sept 06. bought a couple of stuff for it and ran nitrous. last year bought rims and suspension for her, and now on this deployment bought s/c and also looking at getting the rear end built so i don't have to worry bout snapping the rear. we will see on the rear end getting built. but its looking good so far. well atleast i got something to look forward too.
also wouldn't mind getting another one as a father son project that he could use when he starts driving get like a 99-04 gt. i wouldn't mind doing a saleen clone on the outside and some exhaust, just think the saleen body kit is sexy. later |

I have always wanted a Mach 1, but never had the extra money to buy one until now. I am 4:eek:8 and hoping to be enjoying her for many years. All the young owners should feel blessed. Ride hard and live long!!

I'm 64 and got my Mach1 in December. I drove it for the first time this past weekend. I can't wait to get out to the track when the weather breaks.

Had a v6 Camaro at 16, had a Honda s2000 at 19, and now have a Mach 1.
I like how much faster the stang is but miss the handling of the s2000. |
