TOM(sMach) Can you give details on the "Club" you mentioned and possible food info? for maybe Sat. Night.

You know the "crew", so that is up to you? Let us know.

Any other Possibilities for Sat. ?

To defer a little of the cost and supply duties.
Can anyone bring items to the BBQ such as paper/styro-foam plates, plastic-ware (fork, knife, spoon), napkins, salt, pepper, ketchup, mustard, hotdog & hamburger rolls. Also can anyone bring any sides such as potato salad, macaroni salad, pretzels, potato chips and whatever you might want to bring and share. And we could use some deserts as well. I plan on hitting some local grocery stores for what I am bringing.

I'm planning on supplying burgers,Yuengling, hotdogs, Yuengling, BBQ chicken breast, Yuengling, BBQ pork ribs... Did I miss anything?

Bill Hamilton will be supplying the best BBQ sauce in the South.
JDraper & Old School offered to assist in the cooking duties, hope the offer still stands.

Your input??

I Plan on bringing

My Steak ----- Every one knows all I eat is steak

I'll Have my Mom make a quadruple chocolate cake

And she can do a Big Mac Salad - No eggs -

Ill bring a case of beer if some one will help me drink it all

If we all bring 1 paper product we will have all we need with out too much expence to any one.

ill bring plastic beer \soda cups

Few other things needed for carlise
Rain gear-Pink Umberella Dry socks
Chamois water wings

I just hope we all dont get stripped naked and they steal our clothes then we all have to walk to a radio station, request mustang sally and then get back to hooters b4 midnight

If you registered with the registry as your club, it should not be a problem. They'll tell you were to park.

I think they'll be no problem with consuming everything that is brought. Everyone staying at the hotel can just stager to bed. All others consume in moderation.

Picked my baby up last weekend . Heading to the track this evening .

Going into the shop for a cage next week and onto the body shop .

Ill be ready in time for the show . See you there .

In the past I believe people started leaving the fairgrounds around 4:00 PM, so I guess around 5:30/6:00 PM food should be ready for consumtion. Might as well just follow the group when they leave Carlisle heading towards the Homewood.

We will take care of the plates , silverware , napkins , salt and pepper . How many nights is this for ? What is everyone else doing for the remainder of the evenings ? I knew there was talk of an Hooters outing .

BBQ is just one night. I believe we have a Hooters run one night, and still working on the third night.
