Do y'all mind of we hand you the ball or throw it to your guys a few more times? Our players don't seem to want the ball, or at least want to hold onto it!?!:??::wall::angry::headbang:

If Frisco had an O it might be a blow out. Surprised to see it this close considering the turn overs. Just saw teams with plus 4 turn over are 71-1 let's see if saints can make it 2

Wow Vernon davis td and crying like TO when he was in Frisco. Robby knows what I'm talkin about haha. Wow that was a **** good game

No one gave up on that one until it was over. Tough play by both teams, and congrats to SF on a well fought battle.

Incredible game. I was pulling for Frisco only because I hate the 'Aints worse. Double ouch for Louisiana.

jcooper0818 01-14-2012 08:49 PM

I concede the loss. The only grain of happiness i take is they stand no chance against Green Bay...or maybe even the giants for that matter. 5 turnovers and loss by 4 points. I feel good in saying they can not win the next round

Could have been worse....we could've lost to Tebow...

I give the Niners alot of cred, they did exactly what they needed to do to beat a team like the Saints. They kept the score close, they took the ball away, and they didn't give the Saints any short fields. I do have to give the Brees and Co. a big pat on the back though...to turn the ball over 5 times and still be in position to win in the end is just incredible.

I really though it was all over when Graham took it to the house with just over a minute left. Who knew the Niners offense had it in them? I honestly think that Williams didn't believe Smith would go all "West Coast O" on them like that in the end...and they downright torched Jenkins in their last two drives down the field.

Great game either way. Tough loss for New Orleans.

Football is kinda getting like basketball. All you have to watch is the last 3 or 4 minutes. I had no special interest in the game, BUT it was exciting.

Yeah, that could never happen... Oh wait, the 49ers already beat the Giants and your Saints already lost to the Packers and the 9ers. So, taking your homerism out... the best team that has a chance to beat the two NFC teams playing tomorrow: 49ers.

Hadn't I been saying Alex Smith was clutch?

Man, one day people will listen to me. One day.

:31: I liked it when they said New England had a former Denver coach up in the booth "consulting" them. Only thing I can hope for is they lose in one of the next two games.

At least if they win a Super Bowl this time, it might be legit...the "Barry Bonds of the NFL" cheating asterisk is still attached to the other three Bowl wins.

They played fantastic...both sides of the balls. Unfortunately, only one Bronco showed up to play. SMFH Whatever, from second worst team to Final 8 with a "rookie" QB. I'll take that after the disappointments & Josh McDaniels massacre.

Give credit where it's due...at least Pats didn't have to face Rapistberger.

Credit for what beeting a team that was down please, I have to admit it would have been much better to beet the steelers but I will take a win when it is there.

No team wants to play the Niners in the super bowl. They don't lose super bowls. 5-0 and possibly 6-0.

They aint there yet. The Giants are on fire. Would'nt be surprised if the 49ers and Patsies both get knocked off next week. I need Manning/Nicks to keep rolling. I've got about $500 riding on them.

Re: NFL Football Thread

I give props to the Giants for knocking them off... but the Packers dropped like 235154 passes LOL. I'm much happier about playing them than the Packers on the road.

If history repeats itself..I like the Gaints chances.
The Gaints are playing just like they did the last time they won it all.

My picks

Gaints

Pats.
