Shaker drain hoses

Are these the two hoses I see hanging down near the front sway bar? Mine hang pretty low, how about yours? I see that there seems to be a clip that connects the two hoses together, and on that clip another clip end that looks like it should snap/connect to another area, I guess it keeps the hoses from swinging about. Where should this clip attach? Anybody know?

Hook them anywhere out of the way...mine just hang down too...I think they are hooked together like you say...not sure if the are actually hooked to anything or not....just keep them clear of pullies and belts....

There's a clip that holds the two hoses together, and also clips to the sway bar to hold them in place.
