Chin spoiler prices?

I managed to dork up my chin spoiler pretty bad the other day going through a dip in a parking lot. The dealer wants $92 for a new one. Are there any good deals out there from aftermarket suppliers that anyone has found? Are the aftermarket ones direct replacements, ie., do the mounting holes line up?

My Ford dealer let me have one for a little over $40 and did not charge for shipping. Actually, I have never been charged by Ford for shipping. That can make a real difference. My dealer sells parts to me at a little above cost because I have purchased so many cars from him. Doesn't hurt to ask.

Paul "Diversified Products Marketing" is advertising the spoiler for $39. I just ordered 1 thru Ford for my 01 GT, ya I paid $92 for it but I had to have it here b4 christmas and couldn't take the chance ordering over the net and it not getting here. I dorked up my front spoiler a couple of months ago. Bought a
new one from Diversified Products for $39. It's the Ford part not
an aftermarket. Even comes with all the plastic fasteners. Takes
less than 30 minutes to replace.
