Hi guys.

I have a very simple goal with my car, just bolt-on's a a mild cam upgrade. the parts i plan to use are:

JLT RAI
LT's (not sure on brand yet)
cat-less X-pipe
Borla Stinger catback (love the sound)
PHP or Roy's Intake spacer
96-98 Intake cams (my friend does a lot of 4.6 work so the install will cost me just a case of beer)
Accufab TB
"Naz-ty" ported upper and lower intake manifold

SCT dyno tune

can anyone thing of any bolt'on that I missed?
Also what do you think I'll put down?

Its a daily driver so I'm not looking to make crazy power. Just a fun ride.

320-330 Dyno and tuner pending though, it always varies.

Maybe i'm having a brain fart....but the 96-98 cams are better for FI than N/A. And, what you gain in HP you loose is TQ. (again...I'm not 100% sure on that though).

I was under the impression they were better then the stock intake cams for both FI and NA

Stock runner length intake roughly 330rwhp.

I know they are better than stock for NA. I do not know the LSA so can not comment on FI.

I would be interested to see a before and aft dyno of stock vs. 96-98 cams on an N/A car.

HP and TQ different purposes. I'd much prefer to keep the TQ than lose it for bragging rights of 5--10 more RWHP.

I know the 01 intake cams are better HP and lose TQ. How about the 96-98? ANy dyno graph comparison's?

I made roughly 330rwhp and 320rwt (peak numbers) with 01 Cobra intake cams, 03 heads with minor bowl work and valve job, and all other typical bolt-ons. I would have to look at my plots to see if any tq was lost anywhere. Maybe a little at low rpm, hence only the 320rwt peak.
