Thats nothing compared to my fathers G35 Coupe. He had $6000 in hail damge to it. The insurance company did not total it. Car was worth a lot more. We took it to a body shop that is well known.
The Owner had the car for 3-4 months. Not one panel was cut. Only panels replaced were the trunk and hood. There were overall 1,000 dents in the car.including on the Front A pillar.
They used a Hot/Cold shock treatment on the metal he said. They heat the panels really hot and shock it with cold water. The dings start to pop out. It was very patient work. But after all the months you could not even tell it had any damage.... Of course they had to sand the whole car down first and than repaint it. Though the insurace paid for it.
The Mach one is a STEAL! And those dents can be taken out....
