Low Milage Mach for sale

Does anyone know who is selling their black Mach 5-spd with ONLY 400 MILES on the odometer????

It was seen in the classifieds this past weekend.

Actually, the odometer readings are stored in the computer, I htink, so if you even change out the dash, it will still have the mileage retained correctly
