headers and catbacks

I'm trying to upgrade the exhaust system by purchasing a set of BBK long headers, x pipe, and a flowmaster catback. However, there isn't a specific set that is designated for the Mach 1. I have read that after market headers from a 2001 Cobra will fit the Mach 1. If there is any information that you can give, it will be appreciated.

Headers for 99 & 01 Cobras, and mid pipe/ catback for 99+ GTs to work around the solid axle.

Headers for an '01 will fit the Mach 1 but the exhaust ports are different so the '01 spec headers will partially obscure the Mach's exhaust port. I wouldn't use them.
