I have a set of Wheel Replicas Fr500 in the 17's and the stock center caps fit with no problem. I would think the same goes for the 18's. The wheel is bigger but I would assume the center hole is still the same diameter. But don't hold me to that. Someone else will answer that soon. I know this did not help.Sorry!

You would need to adjust revolutions per mile. The tire size.

Yes, the center cap will fit. Some of the early production 17's did not accomodate the stock center cap. But, all 17's and 18's do and have for better part of a year or so now...

You would need to adjust revolutions per mile. The tire size.

Rim size is of no consequence (until you get to obscene rim sizes). You should size your tires on the larger rims so that the overall diameter is the same as (or very close to) stock, then you will not need a recal or make any adjustments. They call this "plus sizing" in the tire biz, and there are plenty of calculators and tables available online to figure it out, or you can ask the tire store guy.

Interesting.....here is a good riddler than....with a bgf gforce drag radial....
295/35/18 on a 18x10 rim.....what would the revs per mile be?

That's a hawk worthy riddle.

You answered your own riddle with that calculator lol. 771.84 r/mile

The 295/35/18 is slightly larger overall than the stock 245/445/17, (26.13" versus 25.68"), and the speedo will read ~1mph lower than it would stock. Not worth recalibrating, most speedos are off that much anyway.

My tune was set at 812 revs per mile before....now the lower number.
That's more miles on the car man!!
