I arranged to buy a bassani X-pipe from this member on another forum and exchanged emails and PM's with him on numerous occasions.

I paid for the X-pipe on Feb.7th and was told that it would be shipped out on Feb.8th along with tracking numbers for the shipment to be sent to my email address.

After a few days went by, I emailed the seller asking for the tracking numbers and/or if the shipment had been made. I have received no further information on where the item I purchased is at, nor have I gotten the shipment. I have continuously tried to contact the seller through multiple forums and emails but none of my requests for information have been returned.

alvarado302 is a fraud. DO NOT do business with this person.

Notice that I also posted in that thread? The price agreed upon was $180 and the item was paid for. I have the paypal receipt showing payment along with emails exchanged confirming that we had a deal. :bs:

IMO, you're a bit early on posting a negative...most ground shipments that I receive from the west coast take 7-10 business days...that would be Feb 23 if shipped on Feb 8. There are also too many reasons for a private seller to not respond to your communications, so I won't even begin to address that issue. Please keep this thread updated with whatever outcome occurs, negative or positive.

depending on how he shipped it and factoring in he might have been a few days late shiping it out, theres a chance its still on its way. as for not returning the emails i remember someone blowing up on the forums and it turned out he was out of town due to a relative passing away. hopefully it all works out for you

I somewhat agree with these guys, may just taking a little while for shipping although he should have answered the emails. Even if he had to go out of town, it only takes five minutes to send an email saying "hey I gotta go out of town its shipped here is the number ********" no excuse for not sending an email.

i agree it would have been nice to send a email, but if something like that happend to me i know the last thing i would be thinking is about a X-pipe. hope its not a scammer though and you get it soon. keep us posted

I will keep you guys posted. I am a reasonable person and thought that I may have been jumping the gun a little at first because I was anxious to receive my X-pipe.

I at first thought that the person may have just been out of town and/or away from a computer but after PM'ing him on another forum (one of the above mentioned) he claimed that he never had an X-pipe for sale.

After that, I knew something just wasn't right...
