JBA mid-length headers

Anyone know if it is necessary to drop the K member to install mid length headers? (not just the above mentioned brand)

Its not necessary to drop the k-member, but it makes it alot EASIER!!!! I would advise you to go this way, its makes it easier on you especially with the header bolts...
