Hey everyone,

I just purchased a set of 18x9 and 18x10 rear deep dish black bullitt wheels for my orange mach. I have a borla stinger catback and need tire suggestions that will fit great on the rims and now rub.

I was thinking 275/35/18 all the way around. However I have also heard of 295/35/18 in the back and 265/35/18 up front combination.

I am between Toyo Proxes T-1, BFGoodRich KDW 2's and Michellin Pilot Sports for tires.

Any information would be greatly appreciated.

thanks,
dustin

I have exact set up as you but different exaust. I put toyo t1-s 295/35 rear and 265/35 in front. Toyo is best in wet conditions and I need that here in Germany. If you are in a dry area, go with the goodyears, however, they only go to 285/35s in rear on 18s I believe.

Do you have any problems with tires rubbing the exhaust pipes on turns with the 295/35/18's ?

For excellent dry/wet performance go Goodyear Eagle F1 GS-D3: 265/35/18+285/35/18. http://www.tirerack.com/tires/Sizes.jsp?make=Goodyear&model=Eagle+F1+GS-D3

I don't think you would be unhappy with any of th tires you listed. But, I (and a number of people I know) are extremely happy with the GS-D3s.
