oil pressure readings

what type of oil pressure readings do you all get with aftermarket gauges, are you going over 100psi alot? what type of damage if any would we be doing popping over 100psi alot? typically happens to me when my mach is cold, but since my last oil change i seem to be popping over 100 alot during high revs...my aftermarket gauge is mechcanical so i think it is pretty spot on

What oil wt are you running?

10W-30 synthetic, that is what they put in at my last oil change, told me not to worry about it...hmm..i am starting to wonder...

I read in a book that the 4v should see 90 to 110 psi cold and 70 to 90 psi warmed up.I dont remember what book it was.But someone will ring in here with the right info.
