Nice Surprise...

I had a nice surprise delivered by Purolator yesterday. It is a large framed print of Gretzky and his dad at a hockey rink with the Ford oval in the background. The mat has three pewter plaques on the bottom - two "99" emblems and a quote from Gretzky. It came with a letter from Wayne, thanking me for purchasing a Ford product etc...etc...

Have any other Canadian Mach buyers received this yet? I'm assuming it will be a Canadian-only perk, as the Gretzky promotional campaign is a Canadian thing only.

Bullitt video, Gretsky poster, you Canadians get all the cool perks. Wish it were for eveyone, my Dad's a big Gretsky fan. Not too many hockey fans in the deep south, although he's origianlly from the Big Apple. Dad's even got a Gretsky rookie card, not too bad for .99!

I received a notice to pick up a package at the Purolator depot as I wasn't home to receive it.

I wasn't expecting any packages, so I hope it is a framed Gretzky print as you have described.

Hey, Machthis - I'd pretty much guarantee that's exactly what it is. I checked with the dealership today, and the prints are a thank you for Canadian customers who purchased a new Ford.
