Save all that money you will spend on an expensive oil. Just stick with the motorcraft oil your supposed to use. On my last car I used only Mobil 1. After awhile I realized that the motorcraft will work just the same and cost a fraction of what the synthetic was costing me.

If in doubt just stay with motorcraft 5w-20, it's the type A blood that the Mach came with from the factory. Change your oil & filter religiously and you will be fine.

I run Mobil 1 because synthetic oil will handle higher heat and not break down (viscosity) as fast due to blow by (hydrocarbons) mixing with the oil. Forced induction like blower, turbo & nitrous will cause more blow by and heat.

It's your choice and there is a ton of information on this subject.
