It was good to meet some more Mach 1 owners that I have not met before. I don't mind the trip from Tulsa and back when it's for a good time like tonite was. That darn Comp Orange is still on my mind. I was not a fan of it until I saw it up close and personal. Maybe my wife needs..........................forget it. She wants a 4 door automatic something.
Until we meet again..............adios amigos and amigas.

I had a great time. It was nice to meet all of you there. I saw some visual mods that really impressed me. The list keeps getting longer. Kevin and Kathy...my email is Kiesel78@hotmail.com, if it's not too much trouble send me a copy of the panoramic you all took. Thanks.

The second Black Mach was James Russell from Tulsa. I am assuming the letters you refer to are his 4.6 Hi Performance on the front fenders. No other Black car has any red letters..........except Rex Schuler's Mach1 letters on the honeycomb. The first Black Mach is Kevin from Cushing and the third was mine. As for JRs comments on the Comp Orange.........yes its sweet, my wife loves it and for that I traded position so she could follow it. I have to say I like my Black one but if I could do it over again I would probably go with DSG. Besides, Gray really is my favorite color! But then I haven't seen a Yellow version up close and personal either, Hmmmmmmmn!
and Kyle, thanks for posting your name. It takes frequent gatherings to finally get them remembered. That exhaust sounded really good to. I had not heard one with the Flowmasters before.
In all seriousness we need to set up our own contact list with emails and phones so that we can rally again and pass pics between us. If everyone will send me a PM I will compose a list. Once the list is made I will forward to all and when a gathering is suggested, everyone can recieve an email OFF the forum.
I think it would be nice to meet at one of the local parks, bring the family, Bar B Q and enjoy the day...........or perhaps to one of the lakes.

Sorry to be so slow. I didn't realize you were referring to me. Here is the link to the Resto 5.0 website. I like my 4.6 badges and a lot of the other mods I saw last night:

It looks like Oklahoma has the most fun. I don't think I have seen any other Mach turn outs like ours, and they keep getting bigger.
I think we need an itinerery next time though. Mr. L I think that Camaro wanted a piece. Of course anybody with 20 inch spinners and that loud of an exhaust I would have a hard time taking serious.

Just wanted to let everyone else know I enjoyed the meet last night and tell them thanks for showing up. It's always nice to see what others have done to their cars and see if you would like a certain mod before you spend the money (anyone wanna buy a set of Astra-Hammond aluminum rear window louvers?...just kidding). It was fun watching the looks on people's faces when they saw the collection of Mach's at the Sonic. The employees at the restaurant next door were leaving nose prints on the windows looking at them.

Had a great time and met some good guys. Saw alot of things I would love to have for my car. James, it appears my Comp Orange made quite an impression on you. It was nice to hear some other exhaust setups. Either Rex or Mr. L wanted hear my Borla Stingers but did not have a chance once we let the parking lot after the pics. Next time. Cruising was a good time. I couldn't help but laugh at that Camero with spinners and bass. :loser:
Let's do it again soon.

I love that picture. I hope I can save it correctly. In case I can not, can I get you to email me a copy? Next time we meet, you need to show me how to do that on my camera. It has the option, I just never used it. That is, if I remember to bring it. :o
Great work. Thanks.

We did not compete, but I am sure the 3 Black cars would have finished in the top 3. :D :HOPPY:

Rick,
We keep hearing about the T-Town Tornado. We've been in your territory and James has been in ours. We all know that you and your misses each have Machs, so you need to rally up at the next meet! Remember, there is strength in numbers.
tstick ~ sorry we missed you.
The invite to be on the email distribution list for upcoming Oklahoma Mach Gatherings is open to anyone that wants to participate. Just send me a PM with your info, car color, trans, email, city, and phone and I will add you to the email distribution list.
