Need help adjusting headlights

My 98 GT has been lowered 1 1/2" in front and I also just had it painted.They took out the headlights and didn't line them up very well when they restalled them. Can anyone tell me what the height adjustment is susposed to be on low and high beam? I thought I could park it in front of the garage door to do the adjusting,but how far from the door does it need to be? Any help would be appriciated.

Porbably about 10-15 ft back on a level drive.
Adjust the lows about the same height as the car hood or a tad lower highs should be close once you get the lows set. there is a screw in the top inboard corner of the light housing. Unless you can find an inspection sttation that still has a headlight adj machine that is working the garage door trick is about the best option.
